New Form Hypnotherapy

A hypnotherapist is a skilled and trained professional who, by inducing a trance-like state, helps people use their subconscious mind to change behavioural patterns or ways of thinking.

During the session, you’ll find your mind relaxes and you’re able to slip into a dream-like state. You’ll still be aware of what’s going on around you, but your subconscious mind will step in and play a central role during the session.

To achieve this state, I will use various relaxation techniques to help you tune in to your body. You’ll then be gently prompted to release old habits (such as smoking) and visualize yourself adopting new habits (such as being a non-smoker).
